LEASE TERM AND PROPERTY USE AGREEMENT The Lease shall constitute as a fixed term of twelve (12) months. Tenant is legally obligated for the full lease term. Early termination is not permitted without written consent from Landlord and may result in financial penalties, including forfeiture of security deposit and additional fees as allowed by law. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is due in full at the time of lease signing. The property will not be held or considered secured until the deposit is paid.
