The Location: Public transit: One block to the streetcar that runs on Market St. Two blocks to the Muni underground at Church and Market. Four blocks to BART at Mission/16th. If you're driving: The 80/101 is about half a mile away, at Van Ness and Division, while a drive up Guerrero/San Jose Ave. will get you to the 280 without the mess of dealing with the 101. Walking: Hayes Valley is a ten minute walk. Valencia Corridor is one block away. Really close to tech shuttles (1-4 blocks, depending on which company) Eating: A really short walk up the alley at Clinton Park puts you in front of Whole Foods.
