A credit score must be provided via Experian, Equifax, and/or TransUnion. Filling out the Zillow application is optional but documents must be provided for me to obtain consent from the property owner to schedule a showing. When the contract is signed the applicant is required prior to the move-in date: 1. Send security deposit 2. Make the first month's rent 3. Make last month's rent
