I will show this house on Saturday the 27th of November. You may stop by from noon to 4pm. The house will NOT BE READY UNTIL JANUARY 8th. The renters are not leaving until the 31st of December. No neighbors behind you and its on a court. Master room, a guest room and full bathroom, and the laundry room is on 1st floor. 3 more bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill bathroom, and two bonus rooms. I will require a 1 Year lease, then month to month after that. I do require a 45 day notice when you want to leave. This house comes with lawn service. Water, gas, electric, TV, and cable are renters responsibility. You must also carry renters insurance. THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE. No smoking of any kind in the house. If you have animals you will pay a pet deposit of 500.00.
