BRAND NEW refrigerator and NEW stove was installed for the new tenant. The laundry room has top of the line washer/dryer. The back porch is covered with lights and fans. There is a (3) car garage and landlord is leaving the outside freeze for the tenant. This is a corner house in a wonderful, clean and quiet neighborhood. In the garage is powered for an EV car...Owner drives a Tesla so his charger was removed. New PHOTOS were uploaded today 3/1 or the kitchen. Cleaning crew and finished cleaning the whole house yesterday 2/28. If you have pets, Owner will NOT be charging a monthly fee, but the pet deposit CAN vary based on the size of your animal or animals. Can go from $2000 - $3000 deposit. This is to protect the new flooring. If you have any problems with Zillow's application process, contact Owner as he has an outside company whereby he can pull your background / credit / rental history verifications. The fee is $40 non-refundable, and that company will email you a copy of your report. Owner will pay water/garage and gardener. Tenant to pay ALL other bills (PG&E and internet). Looking for a year lease OR MORE from the tenant. NO SMOKING allowed unless outside on the back porch. Will consider pets with pet deposit because of new flooring.
