Any buyer or seller in this neighborhood should beware of information from online services such as Zillow and Trulia and question why they are low-balling these estimates. The Buckingham Pond neighborhood is a terrific, quiet family area with a playground, .75 mile path around the pond, plentiful wildlife such as ducks, turtles, and birds, and many friendly people. There is a conservancy group dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of the park and surrounding greenspace, and the city does a great job of park upkeep.
