We were able to restore the original hardwood flooring in the living room and bedroom. Newly designed bathroom and kitchen area, with new appliances and tiled flooring. Kitchen contains a new oversized farm sink with a designer faucet. New cabinets and new lighting makes this one of the best makeovers we have done in a long time. With COVID drawing to a close, this location is close to all the nightlife that will be returning to our city. There is street parking only but the metro entrance is just one block away. As are two major bus lines on Beverly and Vermont. This central location is just minutes from Hollywood, Silverlake and the Hollywood Freeway to take you anywhere in Los Angeles.
