Owner pays for water, sewer, and trash collection. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and for maintaining property premises. This includes cutting the grass and removing snow during the winter months. No pets are permitted, except for service animals. First and security are due at lease signing. No exceptions! Lease will be month to month for the first 6 months to a year, after which tenant has the option to sign a one year lease or continue month to month.
