Any damages caused to the furniture beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the tenant. Additional charges will apply for tenants who wish to keep pets on the premises. The specific charges will be determined based on the size and type of pet. These charges are non-refundable and cover any potential damages or additional cleaning required due to the presence of pets. The tenant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Homeowners' Association (HOA) governing the community in which the rental property is located. A copy of these rules will be shared with the tenant upon lease signing. Failure to comply with HOA rules may result in penalties or termination of the lease agreement. The tenant will be responsible for all electricity and internet expenses incurred during the lease term. The initial lease term shall be 12 months, starting from the agreed-upon move-in date.
