This amazing loft style apartment is nice and spacious. It has it's own washer and dryer in the apartment. There is a deck for morning coffee drinking, or a talk in the evening. The kitchen is the perfect space with an island in the center. There wasn't space for a large fridge so there are two mini fridges instead. The upstairs has the living room and bedroom with cool steeple ceilings and balcony overlooking the kitchen. The bathroom feels like a spa. Available Now Pets are allowed with $50 and $200 pet fee. Please call within business hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00pm. This phone is an after hours emergency maintenance number. Thanks!! Residents pay Electricity and wifi. Management pays Gas, Water, trash, lawn care, and snow removal.
