You have your own bathroom and walk-in closet. Both the apartment and your room are furnished (room has a desk, chair, ceiling fan/light, and full-size bed). Card- or app-operated washers and dryers within the apartment complex. The apartment is close to schools, shops, downtown Santa Monica, and I-10 and I-405. It is roughly a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop; 5 min drive to Ralphs, Trader Joe's, CVS, Rite Aid, Whole Foods or the DMV; 5 min drive to highway I-10; 10 min drive to highway 405; 10 min drive to downtown Santa Monica/3rd Street Promenade; 15 min drive to Costco and Target; and 15 min walk to the nearest metro station. I'm looking for a 4- to 6-month lease. I've lived with both guys and girls and am laid back. All I ask is that you pay the rent on time and keep the place clean. Guests are ok- please let me know ahead of time. Sorry- no pets, no couples.
