We are renting one room for one person at our home in Sawgrass at Suntree; a Beautiful and safe community. The house has a pool and sunset view. This is a private bedroom and a full private bath at the opposite end of the owner's living quarters. We offer a well-equipped kitchen with a separate refrigerator and cabinet space for our tenant. We also offer an outdoor kitchen with all the appliances that we often use in the summer. A separate laundry room is also available for use. We offer a month-to-month lease and prefer a 2-month minimum commitment.
