There are 3 fully furnished queen size bed bedrooms and one full bathroom with a bathtub. there is No washer dryer . no parties or events are allowed. You can have 6 adults easily staying at the house. The house is 5 minutes walk from the famous, Rosie's Grill Restaurant on the Wilton Drive. the Beach is 10 minutes drive away. One month refundable security deposit will be required. plus the full three month rent will be required in advance. You are welcome to come and take a look at the house and see the facilities available. All amenities are included. electricity , water, garbage disposal, sat tv, wifi (etc)
