About six blocks to the beach, this unit is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to local bars and restaurants! The unit is located upstairs with a private patio area and balcony. There is a total of eight units in the complex and has a shared washer and dryer for the community. We have one garage spot available to reserve for $50 a month - it is shared with one other resident, but has a motor on the garage and can easily fit any car size unless it is a larger than a standard and includes additional storage. We require a one year lease minimum with the option to then go month-to-month! Tenants are responsible for a $50 per tenant per month flat fee for water, residents are responsible for setting up their gas and electricity, and wifi/cable. Landlord handles trash, landscaping and monthly pest control! We accept pets with a $300 pet deposit and $50 pet fee per month. One garage spot with extra storage can be reserved at $50 a month.
