Hello! We have a room available for rent in a beautiful and spacious 8 bedroom mansion in Los Altos Hills. The room shares a bathroom with one other person. The rent for this room is $1,580 until September 1, and $1,694 after that. There are walking paths throughout our neighborhood including a trail through a 21-acre nature preserve behind our house. The house has several amenities including a very large and well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a huge backyard (with a lawn, a planter garden, a fire-pit, patio umbrella, and gas grill), two large living rooms, and a basement with a pool table that can be used as a home gym/ hang out space. We occasionally like to do group get-togethers like house dinners, board game nights, bbqs, small parties, rock climbing, pickleball, hikes, and more. We are a short 10-15 min drive from Stanford, Downtown Mountain View, and Downtown Palo Alto. We are also only 5 min away from Downtown Los Altos! There are several bike paths, including easy access to Stanford. We are LGTBQ friendly! Room is available immediately. We're looking for people that can commit to signing a 1 year lease. Utilities are typically around $150/month. No smoking allowed inside. No hard drugs. The room is on the ground floor. There is plenty of parking space.
