No smoking inside the house or outside of the house on the grounds. No smoking in the porch. Do not bring indoor furniture to the outside. If guest smoke in or on the property the renter will lose the security deposit. No pets allowed. No parties, quite time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. . The electric, water, lawn care, and, internet is paid for. The renter pays a $1,800 security deposit if only staying for up to 3 months. The rental will pay $2,500 security deposit if staying for more than 3 months. The renter pays $45 for a background check.
