I have a nice two bed 1.5 bath basement located in south saint paul. Its super close to 494 and many other convenient places. The tenant and I would share the front entry way and the laundry room. I have two little dogs that mind there own business and you will love. Im a 29 year old male that has 10 years in with my company. Im looking for a female winter roommate in-between 21 and 35.. I absolutely never use my basement in the winter except for laundry day.. Although i will need my backyard back May 1st..
