This is a very nice place with an awesome location. The neighborhood is close to all of the best schools in town, both public and private. This is the house for professionals or a family. This is not a house for college students. No roommates. House is in great condition. Just because you're renting doesn't mean you have to live someplace gross. Our house is very nice. Minimum 22 months lease term. Hypoallergenic space no pets. There is $100 month fee that covers the yard maintenance, snow removal, trash, sewer, and water. The lease duration says one year, but Zillow doesn't have a button for longer. Just FYI, that's why it says 22 months here and one year below.
