This home will be different from the picture for it will be painted outside and inside.I am looking for no more than 3 people for the home for it is a septic tank system (was replaced 2 years ago). White tiled floors thru out the whole house.The kitchen has above stove microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove and refrigerator.It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. It has a one car garage(no opener) and the laundry area is in the garage area. It has a screened porch. I just had a new fence installed on the property.I do permit SMALL dog or Cat as pets, But no animals that have insurance restrictions. It is a quiet area of Deltona and about 1/2 mile distance from shopping, pharmacy and bus stops. It is on level ground and it is not a flood zone. Very little traffic. I do own the home and manage myself. It is NOT under any foreclosure process , so please have peace of mind. These are the application conditions: 1- you have read the above description. 2- Please email and supply phone number so I can call you back (I will call you back) please supply time I can call you back, that you can talk. 3- please supply How many persons will occupy the house, if you have pets, type of occupation, approximate monthly income and any information that you fell is relevant to a landlord. 4- you have not been evicted for any reason. 5- If I see only you might want to view, have interest or any automatic response, I will not respond. I take my rentals like a contest, I interview over the phone and try to show the property to 3 possible tenants what i consider the best candidates. But I will call back and let you know if you qualify or not. I do not charge any application fees. I am very upfront on all details and I appreciate the same from possible tenants. My gut feeling with people have taken me this far and I have no problem in telling someone that I do not feel I will rent to them. I will only show to possible renters please do not show up to see the house and bother the people working. It will be a one year lease and one month security deposit. I do not take partial payments (big no no). Again please no one with past evictions and need proof from present landlord if possible.
