The house is close to schools, malls, freeways; close to LAX and downtown and the new NFL stadium. The house has laminated floors, all new AC, wash and dryer, fridge, microwave and stove. The house has space for 1 small car inside the property. The cross streets are Manchester and Normandie. The house has its own small patio for barbecue and has some patio furniture. No drugs please.
