This has been our home since October 2020 and we have absolutely loved it. Pet free, smoke free (Though pets are allowed). Amazing location - you get to skip the traffic into Herriman while being only 3 minutes away from Mountain View Village. It is located just north of the Real Academy and 1 minute south of Mountain Ridge High School. There are multiple nearby places including a Costco, a movie theater, a Walmart, 2 high schools, an elementary school, and several great restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. It is a very spacious, 1,905 sq ft 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome with a single car garage. Every room is large and has a window so lots of natural light! If you are LDS, the ward is incredible. That is the thing we are the most sad about leaving with this move. The property manager is quick to fix issues and we've never had an issue getting important things fixed. Outside there is a shaded shared grass area that is great for kid to play in. For those who commute, I-15 is only 10 minutes away. 35 minutes to downtown Salt Lake and 40 minutes to Provo We are renting from a property management company who you will need to get approved with based on credit and income in order to move in.
