The length of the lease would be until 4/30/18 which is when my lease ends. I am not subleasing. You will actually apply with my apartment manager, but you must schedule any tour with me. I will give you an application when you come over to see my place. The rent is $885 in the summer and $915 in the winter. All utilities are included except cable and internet. It is garden level with lots of windows and light. They accept dogs and cats, and there is a park at the end of the street and a large, shared, fenced back yard. It is within walking distance of the Sheridan light rail station. It has a gas stove and heat. All utilities included except phone and internet.
