The house is 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store as well as downtown, which features a variety of LGBTQ bars, local fare, cafes, vintage shops, a post office, a yoga studio, a massage therapist, an aesthetician, a laundromat, and art galleries. The coastline and nearest beach is 15 minutes away, dozens of vineyards are within 20 minutes by car, and endless hiking and biking trails cover the area from the coast to the 101.
