Bedroom is approximately 10 x 12 ft. The covered patio is fantastic, and included in your private space (in shared back yard). Washer & Dryer in unit, in generous coat/storage closet. Kitchen: This kitchen is very capable and includes refrigerator, induction stove top, convection oven, microwave oven. However, if you are the type to cook a lot and want a big kitchen this may not be the right fit for you. Location is 5 minutes South of downtown Grass Valley, with easy access to Hwy 49. Downtown Auburn and I-80 is about 20 minutes. You would have a dedicated parking space, with additional street parking for guests. The neighborhood and neighbors are fabulous. Furniture available. We are renting the unit NOT furnished, but open to discussion based on your needs because we have a surplus of furniture, including new queen mattress, bedroom set. We are renting on a month to month basis. ABOUT YOU No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Street only Enjoy a walk in our quiet neighborhood. We are 420 friendly, but maintain a toddler-friendly environment and smoke-free home. No illegal drugs. No candles, incense, burning, or appliances that create strong scent or chemical exhaust. ABOUT US You will be on the same property as us, a low drama couple and playful 2 year-old. This is our most important concern: All activities on property must contribute to a safe and supportive environment for our young child. We are open to any questions you may have, and encourage discussion if you have concerns. We are flexible on a move in date and willing to wait for the right match. WHAT WE REQUIRE First month rent, last month rent, and $2,000 security deposit. We require you to obtain a renter's insurance policy for liability and property coverage.
