DESCRIPTION Modern, 1-bedroom apartment. Brand new everything. Very clean. Lower-level unit stays cool in the summer without A/C. Available furnished as shown for an additional $100 per month. Shared Utilities: Water, Waste Management, Propane, Internet (high-speed WiFi) are already in service, and a flat fee of $150/month will be required from the tenant for these bills in addition to rent. Electricity is NOT included, and will be billed every month according to a separate house meter. ABOUT THE APARTMENT Apartment is part of our home but a separate, private entry on our beautiful 1 acre property. The interior is approximately 530 sq. ft., plus a large, 8 x 24 ft. covered patio. Bedroom is approximately 10 x 12 ft. The covered patio is fantastic, and included in your private space (in shared back yard). Washer & Dryer in coat/storage closet. Kitchen Includes: Refrigerator, induction stove top, convection oven, microwave oven Location is 5 minutes South of downtown Grass Valley, with easy access to Hwy 49. Downtown Auburn and I-80 is about 20 minutes. You would have a dedicated parking space, with additional street parking for guests. The neighborhood and neighbors are fabulous. Available furnished (as shown, with some discrepancies) or unfurnished. We are renting on a month to month basis. ABOUT YOU Couples considered. Firm 2 occupants maximum. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Street only. No illegal drugs. No candles, incense, burning or appliances that create strong-scented or chemical exhaust. No firearms of any kind allowed on the property. No pets, to include reptiles. ABOUT US You will be on the same property as us, a low drama couple and playful 2 year-old. This is our most important concern: All activities on property must contribute to a safe and supportive environment for our young child. We are open to any questions you may have not explicitly mentioned in this description. We are flexible on a move in date and willing to wait for the right match. WHAT WE REQUIRE Total to move in with deposit is $3,000 to include $1,500 security/damage/cleaning deposit. We require you to obtain a renter's insurance policy for liability and property coverage. Fill out our application to be considered. We will do a background check. References we like to check are employers and previous property owners you have rented from.
