Two car attached garage, with attic access. An air compressor is installed in the attic, and will stay there. Useful for filling tires and blowing out the sprinklers in the fall. Large dining room, large living room, with option to buy or rent couch. If you don't want it I will remove it. Two bedrooms, both able to fit king sized beds. Newish rugs throughout the house, also optional to keep in the house or not. Renter is responsible for all utilities. gas, electric, water, internet, garbage. Part of the deal is that renter will be responsible for maintaining the lawn in the front and back yard - whether that be yourself mowing or pay for a landscaper to maintain it. I will provide a lawn mower and weed whacker for trimming if need be, and will store in shed. Shed will be expected to be kept locked when not in use, any lost or stolen property will be at renters' expense. Renter must blow out sprinkler in the fall before freezing. I will help if needed. Renter will be responsible for maintaining a security system in the home. I currently have ADT, if you want to switch providers or get RING, thats fine, but again, at your expense. Electric bill will be extremely low with the solar panels. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, so renter will be expected to be respectful with noise, from music, to power tools. Dogs are allowed, but renter is expected to pick up poop in the back yard, don't let them go potty in the house, and any damage caused to the house or yard by dogs will be at renters expense. Also minimize barking when necessary, please don't let them just bark non-stop. No smoking in the house. Grills allowed in back yard.
