The unit is near the corner of 14th St NW and Church St (1444 Church St NW). The condo has modern industrial design with high, cement ceilings and a private patio with sofa and hanging lights and a water fountain in an interior courtyard. The best aspect of my place is that it's situated on quiet Church Street but still in the middle of everything (within a block from Whole Foods, Starbucks, CVS, Estadio, Le Diplomat, Sweet Green, etc.). I can't think of a better place to be in DC, with such a walkable neighborhood. Plenty of bus and metro options. Very quiet inside (cement ceilings). I have used the smaller, second room as an office with a twin bed that folds out to a queen. Will offer electricity, cable and internet, and maid service, if desired, so it can be move-in ready (excluded from price quoted above). I am looking for someone who is responsible. I take great care of this property as it was may home and may be again. Recently remodeled with white oak floors, dark cabinets, and quartz countertops. This is a ground floor condo unit, which means no elevators are required (good for these Covid times). I have never had any issues with noise, privacy, or security. Also, I have great closet space with either built-in shelves or elfa shelving. My favorite thing about the place is the quiet patio a great place to sip on some wine and unwind after work. one year+. Strong preference for two years.
