3 bed room 2bath stove refrigerator dishwasher microwave included No smoking inside the condo. The HOA has very serious ordinance /safety policies against it. Only propane grills are allowed on the patio. The community is very small and quiet but we look out for each other. No maintenance or working on cars in the parking lot. It's strictly prohibiting by the HOA. A gate key is required for pool entry by the HOA. I'll get update any cost for the gate key.
