And if the first unit you rent from us is not ideal long term, we may have another property available for you when your lease is up. When you drive by, you'll notice the beautiful trees and natural surroundings that provide shade, privacy, and character. The landscaping was intentionally designed to help protect the home from the Arizona heat and create a setting tenants can feel proud to call home. Property features include: Spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bath home with a split floor plan Open, beautiful kitchen Washer and dryer hookups (bring your own or rent ours) On-site storage sheds are available for rent, so you don't need off-site storage Important Things to Know About Me and the Process All units are on lockbox and easy to view. Before scheduling a showing, we ask that you complete a free application so we can connect and make sure we're a good fit for each other. You do not need perfect credit. If you are a hard-working, responsible person, I can look beyond a credit score. If you don't have the full security deposit upfront, that's okay. We can often work out a payment arrangement. I love pets and do not charge pet rent. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. That said, I am serious about cleanliness. If pet waste is not picked up, fines will be issued. If you don't like cleaning up after your pet, this won't be the right place for you. All units are professionally sprayed for bugs every month at no charge. There are no application fees. Too many property management companies treat application fees as a profit center. That is not how we operate. We are focused on finding the right tenant, not collecting unnecessary fees. Past evictions may be considered with compensating factors. If you would like to meet in person, we have a property manager liaison who can meet with you at the property. If something breaks, you contact us directly. You won't get the runaround from a large management company. The advertised rent is the base rent. Monthly charges also include tax and admin fees, plus water and trash. This is standard practice for apartment communities in Phoenix.
