We are out of state but are renting our home for $900 a month. There are no credit checks and all utilities are included. It's a first come first serve and a property manager of ours will be providing the keys once the lease is signed, via email and the security deposit is paid via depositing it into our family account. The fee total to move in is $2700 & $1800 is paid before you get the keys and the other $900 is paid upon receipt of the keys. Due to us not being in state you will be taking the home as is, because there will not be a viewing beforehand, however if upon receipt of keys and you no longer want the home and you give us 24 hours notice, you will get a full refund of your deposit.
