Excellent location, with shopping and fun activities all around with a few min drive to downtown wake Forest. New stainless appliances, new upstairs flooring in bedrooms, new bath vanities. Has gas fireplace. We will be installing a new AC soon, maybe in the next few months or so. Myself and my wife do all maintenance if needed can call or text anytime. Utilities here is fairly cheap since small unit. Rent is due one the 1st and late after the 5th. Also for tenants to obtain renters insurance policy, I believe it's real cheap and can possibly get it from your auto insurance company but not sure.
