Utilities will be shared. The house is carpeted in the bedrooms and hallway. The carpet is about a year old. LIVING ROOM- THE LIVING ROOM IS GIANT. You will not find a larger space in Echo Park. It is well lit, with hardwood floors, a marble bar, and a gas fireplace. There are built-in bookshelves and lots of storage.This room would be yours alone to do whatever you'd like. It's perfect for a home office, recording studio, or even a home business. KITCHEN- The kitchen has lots of cabinets, a dishwasher, tile floor and anything else you need to cook a great meal. PATIO- There is a long patio, and its perfect for storing a bike, or just hanging out in.It also serves AS YOUR OWN PRIVATE ENTRYWAY. It;s large enough for parties or to store bikes. It also can serve as a smoking area if that's something you do. BEDROOM- The bedroom is medium sized, has a ceiling fan, and slat windows. Our rooms are not connected so you'll have complete and quiet privacy. WALK IN CLOSET- You have your own large walk in closet.... it has tons of shelving, and built in drawers, and room for storage BATHROOM- You have your own private small bathroom.. a sink and a toilet. The shared bathroom is great! It has two sinks.. one for you and me, and a jacuzzi tub with a three nozzle shower WASHER AND DRYER, CENTRAL AIR and HEAT also is in the house. PARKING GARAGE for one car is included. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION You will be walking distance from Echo Park Lake! The house is right next to Elysian Park... go see a Dodger game, or go on a lovely hike! The street is quiet and I always feel safe. If you like going to bars, its up the street from three. If you're new to the area Echo Park now has a lot of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. there is a Vons, and a Lassens, right by the house. There are also two big drug stores. It's Silverlake adjacent so you also have quick access to Trader Joes, Gelsons, as well as the beautiful Silverlake Reservoir. It is also close to all major freeways. No Pets....I have small old dogs. They will spend almost all of their time in my bedroom, or at my studio. You'll almost never see them in any of the shared areas unless you want to. They like to sleep a lot, or hang out with me. They don't shed and aren't barkers! The house is furnished... not the bedroom. I am totally open to any furniture changes.
