I own and live in the house along with my younger brother, who rents the third room/bath upstairs. We're looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, dog loving tenant to join our household. The house is on a hill tucked away from a quiet street and has plenty of street parking available. We are conveniently located a few minutes from I-20 and the West End Belt Line & Lee/White breweries. Though we do not have any pets in the household, I am an avid pet sitter, and host dogs from time to time. We are looking for applicants that do not have any pets as well. Though my brother and I are under 40 years old, we are not a party household. However, tenant is welcome to smoke cigarettes outside on the front or back porch. Looking for at least a 3 month commitment starting Sept 1. Rent/utilities due on the first of each month. Tenant is welcome to pay via Venmo, Zelle or check. No cash please.
