The house has a lovely private and relaxing front yard to host friends during the summer for wine, or for morning coffee and reading. Housemates are both students in Pasadena and also work in Northeast LA. They are clean and respectful. There is an awesome park just a few minutes walking distance with great tennis courts! Shared spaces such as dining area, living room and kitchen are all nicely furnished and include appliances. The neighbors are extremely respectful and nice. Utilities are included in the rent. Minimum 3 month lease. No smoking inside. Shared Parking space is available inside the lot or there is plenty street parking available as well. No pets.
