The bonus/office room provides a separate space for work or hobbies. The off-center hallway keeps the layout fresh and allows for privacy between the front and back halves of this condo. The front balcony has ample room for a grill and table; certainly we have enjoyed warm summer days and evenings watching the sunset and enjoying our meals outside.
