Washer and dryer in a shed in the yard. Fully appointed kitchen. One pet is ok and the yard is fully fenced. 3 person limit. Available now until approximately December 20. Proration on days over a month. Rental is a one month minimum. Call or text only. I have limited ability to show this unit. I will be there late Saturday and on Sunday. $1000 per month plus $50 cleaning fee.
