You don't want to miss this awesome apartment: amenities include pool, grills, fitness center, and clubhouse. No security deposit and washer and dryer included! This lease will end in May 2021, but you may choose to renew at that point. Apartment is not furnished. We are looking for someone to take over our lease, meaning that you would get the lower price for a shorter committment. You would sign a new lease in your name with the complex. This is the best of both worlds! Washer and dryer included. Utilities are not included, but you will probably end up paying about $40 for water, sewer, pest control, etc; whatever you choose for wifi/cable; and anywhere from $20-$70 for electricity depending on usage.
