This is a new rebuild to include all appliances, furniture, kitchen items, private entrance with designated parking on a quiet and safe community. We are located on mid island with walking access to Publix, the island library, and all public transit stops if you don't feel like walking the mere 3 miles to Time Square where you can enjoy shopping, music, and many restaurants. Our property is a short stroll to the beautiful white sand beach complete with a private deeded beach access. There is an outside shower available to wash that sand off after a relaxing day of sun and fun. All utilities to include wifi, electricity, and water are included with a new television set and many other extras. This is a new rental that has never been occupied before! You can be the fortunate first! Owner pays for all utilities to include WiFi. There is a new laundry room included that is shared with owner/landlord. No pets are allowed and there is also no smoking inside the apartment only outside. Resident is allowed one vehicle and has a designated space. No extra number of vehicles, boats, jet skis, trailers, or campers can be kept on premised. No subleasing is allowed and no permanent residents over two. Guests are allowed but must keep to island quiet hours of 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Visitors are allowed ; however, no large parties or number of guests at any time. Resident is not allowed to remove any furniture, furnishings, or aticles belonging to the apartment for any reason. No physical changes may be made to the apartment (ex: doorknobs, locks, windows, shelving, paint, etc.) without owner approval.
