Owner pays electric, water, streaming services, internet, and trash. Renter has access to pool, laundry room and extra bathroom in laundry room area. Pool, grill, fire pit and patio available to renter and guests. Fully furnished all you need is your clothes and your favorite pillow. There is enough parking for 3 vehicles. For slightly more each month I will clean and replace all linens towels and make the place sparkle again. The lease is month to month with at least a 30 day notice to vacate from either party. Your deposit will be fully refunded if the place is left exactly like you found it. Small pets are acceptable with a pet deposit. I have a very spry and active Jack Russell who is just a love (when he gets to know you). He will share his yard.
