Rent: 850$ a month (Not per person unless living alone, you may split the 850 between roommate(s) (Ex, 425$ per person if there are 2 tenants) 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen/dining area, living room, upper floor level for less disturbance. The only other expense you incur is the electric bill. Other utilities are covered by the landlord. In the unit laundry in the building with only 4 other apartment rooms, and you also have a unit locker in the basement. Parking behind the premises is available-- no parking fee. Upon move-in: Pay one month's rent. Lease starts January 1st, 2026. Security deposit will be kept there for you. No security deposit payment required. Please see the photos.
