If you’ve been waiting for a unit in Flinder’s Reef, your wait is finally over. This never rented, sparingly used, and beautifully kept 2 BR, 1.5 BA first floor unit boasts lots of recent upgrades, including a brand-new kitchen with all new appliances and a full-size washer and dryer. The bathroom was also redone, as well as a new HVAC system and new front doors as well. All of this within the past couple of years. A new front porch deck was also completed more recently. Flinder’s Reef is the only complex in the southend boasting a beautiful pool, and a clubhouse with restroom facilities and enclosed showers. These were also recently redone. Definitely one of the nicest pool complexes in all of Ocean City. Enjoy the pool, friendly neighbors, and awesome sunsets as well. Don’t wait on this one.
