Hi all! My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over a lease/ room in Jersey City (The Heights) for $750/month + utilities, starting April 1. We are about a mile from each PATH station (Hoboken, Journal Square) as well as downtown Jersey City (which is convenient when things open up again post-Covid.) We are a mile from Trader Joe's and 1/2 mile from the local grocery store. Laundry is not on-site, however, the laundromat is three blocks away. The room is on the smaller side, but can still fit a queen-sized bed comfortably. You also get your own bathroom as well because of the size. ;) On top of that, the living room and kitchen are HUGE. High ceilings, lots of natural light, roof access, and plenty of storage space. This room/ apartment is for the remainder of the lease (6 months/ October 1) with possibility to resign if it's a good match.
