The neighborhood has a slow paced, lakeside vibe to it and is very quiet - it is hard to believe that you are in downtown Madison! You can easily walk to the State Capitol Building, State Street, Camp Randall, the Kohl Center, UW Memorial Union, St. Mary's Hospital, or Meriter Hospital - to name a few. Better yet, grab a bike from the shed and enjoy the nationally renowned bike paths Madison has to offer. To quickly and easily get out of town, grab your car from one of the two included off-street parking spaces and hop on John Nolan Drive which connects you to the Beltline (Highway 12). Come and see for yourself why us locals are convinced this is the best neighborhood in all of Madison! We are looking to rent out this cozy 2 bedroom home starting almost immediately. We recently purchased the home in mid July so there are a few things we would like to get done before welcoming tenants. Just let me know what your needs are when you inquire and we can make a plan. The lease has to be for a minimum of 30 days, and can be rented up until May 1, 2027. The entire two bedroom house is available for rent - sorry, but we're not offering single bedrooms for rent. The house can be fully furnished and tastefully decorated or unfurnished - your choice. Gas/electric, water/sewage, and internet utilities are NOT included in the price. Listed price may be negotiable.
