I'm not gonna sell you on this apartment. That may be the task I've been given, but I'm not going to do it. You see I don't need to. There is nothing wrong with this apartment, it's a nice VERY LARGE one bed in a elevator building in the figurative heart of Manhattan. It get's great light and has a bunch of closets, it was updated not that long ago and has a nice kitchen and bathroom. But I'm not going to sell you on it. It's $3600, which for a huge renovated one bed in this location is a pretty typical price, it's not an INCREDIBLE steal but it's by no means overpriced either. But again, I'm not going to sell you on this apartment, no sir, no ma'am, instead I'm going to tell you a story. It's a story about a boy with a dream. A dream about one day leaving the pack of wolves that raised him in the woods of northern Croatia behind and moving to a small 40 square foot studio in Manhattan, to rent folks apartments that he himself would never have the means to live in himself but that he could help others with significantly higher budgets realize. I am that boy and if you've read all the way through this description I admire your commitment and I think you should probably came take a look at this apartment with me. I promise I don't bite. Oh and it's like RIGHT next to the NQR.
