Our current lease expires on Jan 31st, 2021 so we have just over 4 months left and we are offering a discounted rate to whoever takes over the lease. The gross rent is $3595 and we're contributing $600 each month for the remainder of the lease to make it $2995 for the new tenant (we will give you the entire 4 month contribution amount upfront). The lease expires on Jan 31, 2021 and after that you will have the option to renew it or move out. If you would prefer, the building also allows a new 1 or 2 year lease at the the discounted rate of $3250 starting Feb 1. Ideally looking for a mid/end of Sep move-in but we can be flexible.
