We lived in the home for 14 years and loved it. We renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, a new dishwasher, and a new stove. We also added wood floors to the main floor. The house has tons of natural light and cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. It doesn't have AC, but it gets a nice north-south cross breeze through the windows, and window units can be installed. It is in a quiet culdesac, with friendly neighbors. The back yard has raspberry bushes and it also has a gate to an acre of grass maintained by the city, where my kids sledded, rode motorcycles, and played sports. The schools are very good and it is central to shopping, the hospitals, and parks. I will only look an applications that have been done through Zillow, so that a credit check and background check is already done. Thanks for considering us. Renter is responsible for all utilities (the avg. per month is approximately $175). Cats, chickens, and/or one dog are allowed with extra security deposit. Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, marijuana or other non-prescription drug use allowed.
