It's a very friendly neighborhood!! You feel like you live on a resort the way the common areas are maintained. There are always beautiful flowers and lawns that are well taken care of. The fitness center is very convenient, especially with the indoor pool. There are lots of activities for children. There are also several playgrounds or "tot lots" scattered throughout the neighborhood. The staff at both gate houses are always friendly and courteous.
