The room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with a double sink vanity. The townhouse has a fully furnished kitchen (with a table for meals or studying), a cozy living room with couches, and an in unit washer & dryer. Plenty of space for parking. Rent is $500/month plus utilities, with a $500 security deposit. We are flexible & can work out a payment plan for the deposit if needed. It's a one year lease starting August 1st.
