Submit a TAR application along with at least 3 month's of pay check stubs for the tenant. Tenant must fill out information for pet screening whether they have a pet or not. A portion of the resident's total monthly amount due will be used to have HVAC filters regularly delivered to their doorstep under the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program
