    What's special

    This home is light and bright with many windows all double insulated and an open floor plan. The use of whole house fan in good weather provides wonderful air flow through the house and up through the turbine vents in the hip roof. Big shade trees in the front/South and side/West providing shade from the hottest sun. Two mature Mango trees flourish in back yard. This house has a handy split bedroom plan. The two large lanai areas, front currently open and back lanai screened in, give the house a big feel and plenty of places to hang out. The fireplace has a Sierra cast iron wood stove that is not only functional but is pretty, unique for our area and very handy for chilly winter nights. Wood stove was last used early 2018. The laundry area was last in the garage but appears it was previously in the 'pantry' area, your choice, the areas are back to back. This house appears to have a well and pump once used for fish ponds (now gone) and wiring for a potential Jacuzzi. The condition of these two items has not been analyzed but maybe of interest to you. Two bedrooms have waterproof vinyl plank flooring simulating wood, one bedroom has original Terrazzo floor and rest of house is ceramic tile so entire house can be wet mopped in very little time! Rooms were measured manually and are approximate. 5.6 miles to Clearwater beach and 9.9 miles to Honeymoon Island Beach. Enjoy looking!
