About 1 mile east of I-75, right next to the sod farm. Zoned R-AG. Our plans changed and we are selling the property as-is. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is gutted but most of the dry wall is still intact (some drywall patching is needed various rooms). With the exception of the kitchen area, electrical and plumbing is intact. Needs HV/AC unit. The property is almost 3 acres, level with lots of mature hardwoods and some cleared space with good grass that would make a good pasture.
